Restaurant Reviews - The Quality Chop House

"Arrived at 1pm looking forward to a wonderful hearty meal. Firstly was left for about 20minutes before a drinks order was taken. Eventually food order was taken at 1:40pm. 2:15pm enquired how long our starters were going to be as the table next to us had been served and we had ordered 10minutes before them. The reply from the waiter was not only somewhat brief but also very rude and no form of apology was offered. Apparently the food was on its way so we settled back down and carried on chatting. By 2:35pm with still no food we asked the same waiter what the problem was...this time it was met by a lengthy response about how other tables had turned up late and how the kitchen was too small...bla bla bla. More like their incompetence meant that our order had been mislaid somewhere between our table and the kitchen!!! BY 2:50pm...with no food - we left...bellies empty and feeling very annoyed that we had been fully charged for the drinks we had consumed while waiting. I will not be going there again under any circumstances and I recommend The 'Quality' Chop House is avoided by anyone who is hoping to go out for lunch and be back in the office before 6pm!!!!"
